Wild About Waco Hospitality Training

Are you interested in free customer service/hospitality training for your front-line employees? The goal is to be more tourist-friendly. We are currently offering Wild About Waco classes quarterly. Simply contact us and let us know which date you prefer (listed below), the names of those attending and their contact information. Class size is limited to 25 participants. For groups of ten or more, other classes can be scheduled.

Wild About Waco is a program that encourages local businesses to incorporate tourism-friendly practices at their business. Our goal is to make Waco the most visitor-friendly city in Texas! The classes include Texas Friendly hospitality training as well as information about Waco and area attractions. The class is intended for front-line employees.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, the Waco Fun Facts Book, a guide book that provides information on attractions and events in and around Waco, interesting and fun facts, and a list of phone numbers and websites with further information about Waco.
