- All charges are per day, not per event. All electrical
supplied to the back of the booth. Any variation may
constitute other charges.
- All equipment must comply with the National Electrical
Code as well as all Federal, State and Local Codes.
- If the Internet connection goes down, inform a member
of the Convention Center staff promptly so that it can
tested. Claims will not be considered unless promptly
presented. While every effort will be made to ensure
continuous internet access, sometimes the internet connection
may not be available. The Convention Center is not responsible
for this, or for incompatible equipment or software
that might be used.
- Free wireless access is available in the lobby areas only. In the rooms, limited hardwired internet access is available through Road Runner, with Port 80 access. If you need anything other than Port 80 access, we cannot guarantee this.
Windows Vista has also presented some issues in connecting to the internet through our service.
- All rental equipment of the Convention Center shall
remain at the user location at all times. It shall be
removed only by notifying a member of the Convention
Center staff.
- Client is responsible for all equipment rented from
the Convention Center, and is liable for equipment not
returned.
- The Convention Center reserves the right to deny
service connection(s) to any exhibitor whose equipment
is deemed unsafe or not in compliance with all codes.
- Credit will NOT be issued to those who order service
and do not use it.
- Payment in full is required prior to the service
connections.
- All quotes for service connection(s) cover the bringing
of the service to the most CONVENIENT location and do
not include the connection to any equipment.
- The term "ADVANCE ORDER" means not less than two
(2) days prior to the function, and payment must accompany
the order.
- Approved Mastercard/Visa charges will be accepted.
- All ADVANCE ORDERS will receive priority service.
- Prices are based on current rates and are subject
to change without notice.
- The use of ungrounded extension cords, all duplex,
triplex or quad boxes, latex or lamp cords is strictly
prohibited in all areas.
- Permanent building electrical outlets and water outlets
are not part of any booth space and are not subject
to exhibitors' use without full payment.
- ONLY AUTHORIZED CONVENTION CENTER STAFF WILL BE PERMITTED
TO MAKE ANY ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS.
- All exhibitor equipment must be marked with complete
nomenclature information prior to any service hook-up.
- All exposed non-current carrying metal parts of equipment,
which are liable to be energized, must be grounded.
