Catering events require your signature on a banquet event order confirming your guarantee and food/beverages desired, no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Break refreshments and bar service may be provided for 2,000 people or fewer. Meal service may be provided for up to 300, plated or buffet. There is a 15% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax added to all orders. If you are tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt certificate to us at (254) 750-5801 prior to the event.
