If you are an exhibitor at a trade show at the Waco Convention Center, generally your show manager will provide the electrical order form for you. It is important to use the correct form because prices are set for the duration of the show, not per-day. We provide copies of the form for specific shows on this page as well. If you have not received a form customized for your show, or do not see it listed here, please alert April Snyder at (254) 750-5810 or aprils@ci.waco.tx.us and we will set it up for you. Please do not use the generic form unless you are sure of the price that has been set for your show. Thank you.

Please note: Due to technical difficulties, our fax machine may not be available for you to fax the form. If you have difficulty, please call April Snyder at (800) 321-9226 to give her your electrical order over the phone.
A note about internet access: The Waco Convention Center is undergoing an extensive renovation. Free wireless access may be available in the lobby areas only but cannot be guaranteed. Hardwired internet access is available in some rooms and not others. Again, access cannot be guaranteed due to the renovation work. If you must have internet access, we recommend you bring a mobile broadband phone card for your PC.
