Notes on LCD Projectors, Flatscreen TV's and Drop-Down Screens:

• Brazos Ballroom has two 12' x 21' drop-down screens and two permanently installed LCD projectors. Rental of each LCD projector includes use of matching screen.

  Please note that if the Brazos Ballroom wall partition is not closed, you are charged for only one LCD projector, even if you use both of them. If the wall partition is used to divide the room, then you are charged for each LCD projector individually.

• Bosque Theater contains a drop-down screen and a permanently installed LCD projector. Rental of this LCD projector includes use of screen.
• DeCordova Room has a 60" wall mounted flatscreen TV. Rental of an LCD projector in this room includes use of the flatscreen.
• Waco Room has a 70" wall mounted flatscreen TV. Rental of an LCD projector in this room includes use of the flatscreen.
