The Waco CVB offers free promotional items for conventions and events that use Waco hotel rooms. These items are funded by Hotel/Motel Occupancy Taxes collected by lodging establishments within the Waco city limits, so they are intended for those groups who have a contract with one or more Waco hotels, motels, or bed and breakfast inns. A minimum of 75 room nights is required to receive these free items.
