Sending us this form does not guarantee that you will be able to book your event with us and is only the first step toward a successful event at the Waco Convention Center however, completing this form accurately will allow us to service your needs better and more efficiently.

PLEASE NOTE that the Booking Policies of the Waco Convention Center allows us to accept non-convention bookings only one year in advance of the event date.
