All catered events must use an approved caterer from this list. There is a 15% catering fee charged to the caterer. Please note that if your caterer does not remit the 15% fee promptly, you as the client will be responsible for paying it.
The 15% fee is not charged if you use the Waco Convention Center catering service. This list is subject to change without notice.
Note: Waco Convention Center in-house catering is only available in the Waco Convention Center.
