FALL IN LOVE WITH ALL THERE IS TO SEE AND DO IN WACO DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY

WACO, Texas - The Waco Convention & Visitors Bureau announces that it will be the home to various functions during the month of February, including the Family Career & Community Leaders of America conference, taking place February 8-10, the African Methodist Episcopal Church 10th District Leadership Institute & Founders' Day event, February 14-17, Autorama, February 23-25, and the Building Officials Association of Texas convention, February 28-March 2.

Other events taking place in February include the Freedom Classic Arabian Horse Show, February 2-4, the Texas Senior Pro Rodeo event, February 16-17, and the D & G Productions Barrel Race event, February 23-25. All three of these events take place in the Dodge Show Pavilion at the Heart O' Texas Fair Complex. The Nordic Heritage Celebration/Genealogy Workshop takes place February 17-18 at the Waco-McLennan County Library.

"We are excited to have these great events in Waco," said Elizabeth Taylor, Director of the Waco Convention and Visitors Bureau. "These events will bring in over 5,300 people and will have a significant economic impact of almost $2 million."
